Change is a very difficult thing for me at times. When I love something I love it. I am extremely loyal and will stick with it until the very end. For this reason I was heartbroken when my laptop showed signs that it was on its last legs.
I dealt with its many hiccups and it limiting nature for as long as I could until I realized it was time to say goodbye. My Mac Book Pro and I had 6 great years together! Many projects, presentations, late night online shopping sprees and dance parties. That computer came with me during all my travels and help me graduate college and for that I will be eternally grateful!
But now I would like to welcome my new Mac Book Air to the family. I have to say that I am loyal to Apple. Maybe this makes me a bad consumer because I didn’t shop around and look for other options… But what can I say I know what I like. Apple has always worked well for me. Excellent quality and excellent support and everyone at the stores are always so patient and knowledgeable.
The only decision I had to make was what kind of computer I wanted. As I said before, I used to have a Mac Book Pro and I loved it! I was thinking of getting another one but I soon realized that the air would probably suit my needs just fine. I am ashamed to say that I did not take full advantage of all that a Mac can do. As much as I want to get into photography and editing and such It will be a long time before I need the RAM and extra gizmos and gadgets that the pro has to offer.
So for now I am very much looking forward to using my new computer and feel certain that it will last me many great years!
